Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United States & United Kingdom 7-15 business days; Europe 7-18 business days; Rest of the world 10-25 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
